Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because our products are printed on-demand, we cannot offer returns or refunds except in the case of products that arrive defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us at dadsjazzcookbook@gmail.com at your earliest convenience so we can offer you a refund or exchange as appropriate.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting us.

Refunds

If we determine you are eligible for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you. We may require you to send us the product or provide photo evidence of the damage.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dadsjazzcookbook@gmail.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
